I am a student and I have joined wrong class with my ‘access code’ – what can I do?
You need to take prompt action – Firstly, you need to ‘drop’
out of the wrong class within 14 days of joining the class! If you
drop out of wrong Class within 14 days from enrollment date, you will
be able to re-use ‘access code’ (after 14 days, you will not
be able to re-use access code). To drop out of class, follow the
instructions below:
- In Class tab, on the Class tile (of your wrong class), click “Delete”
button (trash can icon) and click “YES”
You will now have been removed from wrong Class and if you have
‘dropped’ from class within 14 days of enrollment, your access
code can be re-used.
